Users should follow the guidance of licensed instructors, employers, official exam authorities, and applicable healthcare regulations.

03 User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app and any decisions you make based on its content. You agree to use the service lawfully and appropriately.

04 Accounts and Access

Some features may require account access, premium access, or future subscription features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activity conducted under your account.

05 Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

CNA Study Prep may offer free and premium features, including one-time purchases or subscriptions. Pricing, feature access, and plan details may change over time.

Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the platform where the purchase was made, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. CNA Study Prep does not process payments directly.

Cancellation

• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current paid period.
• Access to premium features generally continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

• Refund eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
• Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.
• We do not process refunds directly and cannot override platform refund decisions.

Lifetime Access

• Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases that grant continued access to the corresponding premium features.
• Premium access associated with a lifetime purchase may be removed if the purchase is later refunded, reversed, or revoked by the platform.
• Lifetime access is tied to the platform account that completed the original purchase.

To help us assist you, please include the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play), the app version or language edition, and the email or account associated with the purchase. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

06 Content Accuracy

We aim to provide useful and accurate study materials, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every exam format or state requirement. Exam standards and requirements may change over time.

All app content, designs, branding, text, graphics, study materials, and related materials provided through CNA Study Prep are owned by or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or exploit our content without permission.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14 Governing Use
